TRYX After-Sales Service Policy

Product Warranty Service: 

TRYX guarantees a warranty from the date of purchase for a specified period against part defects or damages due to manufacturing processes. The warranty period may vary by country/region according to national/regional warranty policies. For specific details, please refer to your user documentation, product packaging, or the accompanying TRYX warranty list. This limited warranty grants customers specific legal rights. 

 

Customers may also have other rights, which vary by national/regional laws. 

 

Your TRYX product will be covered under normal use within the warranty period, in accordance with the product instructions and expected working environments. TRYX is not responsible for any damage or loss of programs/data on removable storage devices. It is the customer's responsibility to back up any necessary programs or data on removable storage devices. If the product is damaged/faulty due to improper use, disassembly by non-TRYX-approved engineers, or installation error, TRYX reserves the right to refuse warranty and compensation services. 


Product Warranty Exclusions: 

  1. This warranty does not cover issues or damages caused by, but not limited to, the following reasons: 

  2. Components that have failed beyond the free warranty period. 

  3. Failures or damages to products not in their original factory configuration. 

  4. Faults or damages caused by the use of pirated and other illegal, unauthorized, non-standard, or unreleased software. 

  5. Any modifications, misuse, accidents, disassembly, or unauthorized repairs. 

  6. Missing, altered, or unreadable serial number, manufacturer number, or part number labels, or discrepancies with the original product. 

  7. Any improper installation, operation, and cleaning, including any usage that does not follow the provided product instructions. 

  8. Connection to any improper power supply/voltage. 

  9. All other reasons unrelated to product material or manufacturing defects. 

  10. Damage caused by force majeure events (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, storms, typhoons, and lightning strikes). 

  11. Damage caused by human factors or intentional and negligent acts (including but not limited to obvious blunt instrument marks), and improper use by minors. 

  12. Failures, damages, or losses caused by third-party products, services, or actions. 

  13. Failures or damages caused by human or accidental actions (including but not limited to computer viruses, operational errors, liquid damage, scratches, handling, bumps, incorrect plugging/unplugging, foreign objects, rodents, and insect damage). 

  14. Damage caused by changes in product appearance (accidental or otherwise) that do not affect the operation and performance of the product, including but not limited to rust, change of color, texture decoration, natural wear and tear, and gradual aging of the product, such as dimming lights due to normal use or wear. 

 

For products that are not within the scope of this warranty, the company reserves the right to charge a service fee. 


Warranty Period: 

All TRYX products come with a minimum 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. The exact warranty period for each product line and model can be found as specified below. In cases where proof of purchase cannot be provided as required by TRYX, TRYX reserves the right to refuse warranty service. 


Limitation of Liability: 

In no event shall TRYX and its distributors, agents, or service providers be liable for: 1) Claims, compensation demands by third parties; 2) Loss or damage of users' records or data; 3) Losses due to unclaimed products after the warranty period; 4) Any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty, express or implied, provided with the products—even if TRYX has been previously advised of the possibility of such damages—including, but not limited to, losses of profits, revenue, data (direct or indirect), or business interruption. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. This may be the case for your jurisdiction.

Agreement Terms: 

The clauses of this agreement/policy are independent of each other; the invalidity of any part of this agreement/policy does not invalidate the other provisions. Within the legally permitted scope, this warranty agreement/policy may be updated from time to time. The most recent updated version shall prevail.

TRYX's sole obligation and liability under this service policy is limited to repairing or replacing defective products, at our discretion. In no event shall TRYX be liable for any incidental or consequential damages to the purchaser or any third party, including but not limited to damages due to service interruptions and business losses, or tort liability related to or arising from the use or possession of the product. 

TRYX is not responsible for backing up or restoring any data lost while using TRYX devices; any losses incurred due to data loss are the responsibility of the user.
