TRYX AFTER-SALES SERVICE POLICY

Product Warranty Service:

TRYX provides a limited warranty for all original products that you purchase directly from TRYX or its authorized distributor and agent. The limited warranty period commences from the date of purchase for a specified period of time against defective product materials or damages resulting from faulty manufacturing processes. The limited warranty period may vary by product type and by country/region where your product is purchased as set forth in TRYX national and regional warranty policies. In addition, you will receive the warranty service provided hereunder in the country/region where you have purchased your product. For specific warranty period for the product purchased in your country or region, please refer to your user documentation, product packaging, or the accompanying TRYX warranty list. This limited warranty grants you certain rights to warranty services as set forth below.

Your TRYX product will be covered by its limited warranty within the warranty period when you operate or use such product in accordance with the product instructions and proper working environments. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this product warranty service policy, TRYX is not responsible for any damage or loss of programs/data on removable storage devices regardless of the cause of such damage or loss. It is your sole responsibility to back up any necessary programs or data on the removable storage devices. If the product is damaged or becomes faulty due to improper use, installation/disassembly by non-TRYX-approved personnel, engineers or technicians, or any modification made to the product, TRYX reserves the right to refuse warranty services.


Product Warranty Exclusions:

This warranty does not cover issues, malfunctions, failures or damages caused by the following reasons:

1. Components that have malfunctioned, damaged or failed after expiration of the limited warranty period.

2. Products not in their original factory configuration including, without limitation, any modification made to the product.

3. The use of pirated, illegal, unauthorized, non-standard, or unreleased software.

4. Any misuse, accidents, unauthorized disassembly, repairs, or installation by non-TRYX-approved personnel, engineers or technicians, or any improper operation, maintenance, or cleaning of the product that does not comply with the product instructions

5. Any product that has missing, altered, or unreadable serial number, manufacturer number, or part number labels, or any serial number, manufacturer number, or part number label that does not match with the original product.

6. Connection to any improper power supply/voltage or any malfunction, failures or damages caused by the power surge.

7. All other reasons unrelated to defective product material or faulty manufacturing process.

8. Force majeure events (including but not limited to earthquakes, floods, storms, typhoons, and lightning strikes).

9. Malfunction, failures, damages, or losses caused by the use of third-party products, services, or actions.

10. Malfunction, failures, damages, or losses caused by your actions (including but not limited to computer viruses, operational errors, liquid damage, scratches, improper handling, bumps, incorrect plugging/unplugging, foreign objects, rodents, and insect damage)

11. Normal wear and tear and gradual aging of the product including, but not limited to, changes in product appearance such as rust, change of color, texture decoration, and dimming lights.

Please note that if your product is not covered by this product warranty service policy, TRYX reserves the right to charge a service fee in addition to the cost of repairing or replacing your product.


Warranty Period:

The warranty period for each product line and model can be found as specified below. In cases where proof of purchase cannot be provided as required by TRYX, TRYX reserves the right to refuse warranty service.


Proof of Purchase Upon Request of Product Warranty Service:

You will be asked to provide the following documentation when you make a request for a warranty service:

1. Valid proof of purchase (purchase invoice)

2. Product serial number


Warranty Period:

The warranty period for each product line and model can be found as listed below. In cases where proof of purchase cannot be provided as required by TRYX, TRYX reserves the right to refuse warranty service.

* Note: Internal consumable accessories (screws, instructions, thermal paste, cable, backplate and etc.) are not covered by the product warranty service.


Limitation of Liability:

The SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES on which you may rely for a breach of any of the warranties contained herein shall be TRYX’s cure of the repair or replacement of the malfunctioned or failed product. In no event shall TRYX and its distributors, agents, or service providers be liable for: 1) Claim of compensation by you or any other third parties; 2) Loss or corruption of your records/data; 3) Any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from any breaches of any of the warranties contained herein including but not limited to losses of profits, revenue, data (direct or indirect), or business interruption.

Agreement Terms:

Severability: The clauses of this product warranty service policy are independent of each other; the invalidity of any provision of this product warranty service policy does not invalidate the other provisions.

Amendment: TRYX reserves the right to interpret, update and amend this product warranty service policy at any time without prior notice.

Non-transferability: The limited warranty provided under this product warranty service policy cannot be transferred or licensed to anyone without TRYX’s prior written consent.


After-sales process:

To request for a warranty service, please contact the store, distributor, or agent where you purchase the product from within the warranty period to have your product serviced, repaired, or replaced.


Appendix: Cross-Border Limited Warranty

l Product warranty services will be performed in the country of original purchase.

Hardware Replacement Liability:

l You will be responsible for the following costs when you request for a warranty service:

o Outbound shipping costs to TRYX-designated service center;

o Inbound shipping costs to your-designated return location;

o Cross-border duties, VAT, and statutory taxes (if applicable).
